How to Install Peel and Stick Tiles Over Existing Tiles in a Kitchen

If you apply the tile sticker directly to the wall, the adhesive residue may remain, or if the adhesive is strong, the wallpaper may come off at the same time when you remove it. If you live in a rented house, this can be a problem. That's where masking tape comes into play. You can enjoy the tile sticker while protecting the wallpaper by pasting the Kitchen tile stickers on the wall that has been pasted with masking tape. Masking tape is generally peeled off again, but just in case, make sure there are no marks left on the wall before doing so.

Check heat resistance and water resistance according to the place to be pasted.

Choose water-resistant materials for sinks and washbasins and heat-resistant kitchen wall tile stickers for kitchens. When purchasing, it is safe to check the heat resistance temperature and whether it can be used in water. Also, if there is a lot of unevenness between the tiles, it is easy for oil stains to accumulate.

How to apply wall stickers and tips

For those of you who are new to using wall stickers, here is how to apply them. Where you put it, it is up to you. Let's enjoy the makeover of your room with kitchen tile stickers grey!

• If your wall is dusty or dirty, the sticker may come off easily. Don't forget to wipe the wall clean beforehand!

ATTENTION!

It can be attached to various places, but it cannot be used in places with the following conditions.

1. A wall with large unevenness with a rough surface.

2. Wet or dirty places.

3. Delicate materials such as paper cloth, shoji, and Japanese paper.

There are two types of wall stickers: seal type and transfer type.

Seal type

•         Easy! Just paste!

The sticker type can be easily and neatly applied by children and adults. If you think, "I want to put it here!" let's put it on! Even if you fail, you can peel it off and try again, so don't worry.

•        Put it on and then take it off.

A special adhesive material (microspheres) that can be repeatedly applied and removed is a sticker type that is recommended not only for rooms but also for kitchens and bathrooms. glitter kitchen tile stickers can be peeled off cleanly, so it can be used in rental rooms.

For example, refrigerators, windows, computers, doors, glass, mirrors, furniture, desks, crib lockers, etc. Reapply as many times as you like according to the season, event, mood, and child's growth!

Transfer type

•         It is hard to come off and is strong!

To apply, transfer the wall sticker to the transfer sheet, peel it off from the backing paper, and rub it on the wall. It's a little more complicated than the sticker type, but it's convenient because you can paste detailed letters and patterns as they are.

In addition, transfer-type wall stickers cannot be reapplied once applied, so you need to be careful, but they do not peel off easily, so you can enjoy your favorite design for a long time.

How to paste?

With the decal type, fine text can be pasted on the sheet as it is. It may look difficult at first, but please take it slow and have fun!

1. A wall sticker, a transfer sheet, and a spatula are included in the set.

2. Peel the transfer sheet off the paper and slowly apply the transfer sheet over the wall sticker.

3. Once all the transfer sheets have been pasted, use a spatula to remove the air from the center to the outside. It is a point to stick it neatly to pull it out firmly.

4. Cut the sticker for each part you want to separate. Position how and where to paste.

5. Once the position is decided, slowly peel off the transfer sheet from the mount. A sticker comes with the transfer sheet.

6. Place the transfer sheet with the sticker in the desired position slowly without wrinkling. The point is to rub it firmly with a spatula.

7. After rubbing in firmly, slowly peel off the transfer sheet, leaving the sticker behind. Peel off the transfer sheet carefully, as it will not leave a residue if you remove it vigorously.

8. Your artistic wall is now complete. Please peel off the transfer sheet slowly, as small parts, such as letters, may be cut off.
